Responsibility without constant activation.
Take the stakes seriously without treating every moment as an emergency. Separate what needs action from the story that keeps running afterward.
One-on-one / Executive & personal coaching
You lead. You build. People rely on your judgment. This is dedicated space for the person doing all of that—and for the parts of your life that don’t fit on a business plan.
Who this is for
I work with C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and people ready to invest seriously in themselves. You may want to make a consequential decision, improve how you communicate, reclaim attention that never seems to switch off, or make your physical wellbeing part of your life again.
You do not need a title to belong here. And you do not need to be in crisis. Sometimes the question is not how to survive your life. It is how to inhabit it more fully—and choose what comes next.
Take the stakes seriously without treating every moment as an emergency. Separate what needs action from the story that keeps running afterward.
Ask for what you need. Hear what you may not want to hear. Hold a boundary without turning the other person into an enemy.
Make room for your body, relationships, creativity, and enjoyment. Success gives you options. It does not choose among them.
The working relationship
You work directly with me. I ask questions, reflect patterns, challenge what doesn’t add up, and help you practice a different move. I am not here to take over your operating judgment or tell you how to run a business I don’t run.
We can work with what happens in your body when the pressure rises, without abandoning the practical problem. We can prepare the conversation instead of only talking about why you avoid it. We can make the next action smaller without making the ambition smaller.
The continuity is part of the value. Someone knows the context, remembers the agreement, and comes back to the attempt with you.
A decision. A conversation. A pattern that keeps costing you. We begin with what is happening and what you want to be different.
We ask better questions, notice the reaction, and test another response. That can mean slowing down, rehearsing the words, or making the next action more workable.
Have the conversation. Set the boundary. Change the conditions around a habit. Insight needs somewhere to go.
What did you try? What helped? What stayed difficult? We use the attempt as information and adjust. You do not have to perform a perfect week.
What we might actually do
These are examples of the work, not client stories or promised results.
A conversation you keep postponing
We clarify the real issue, the request, and what you need to understand. Then we notice what happens when you imagine the response you don’t want.
Next time, we return to what happened before, during, and after—not just whether you “won.”
A practice that keeps disappearing
We look at the point where the plan breaks: the time, place, equipment, competing demand, or expectation that makes beginning difficult.
A missed practice becomes information about the design—not a reason to hide from your coach.
How we recognize movement
Name the change clearly enough to recognize it. A more honest relationship, a decision made, a training practice restored, or a different way of leading a hard conversation.
Time, energy, attention, resources, and support shape what is possible. We look at what you can draw on, what needs protecting, and what pace makes sense—not just how hard you can push.
Choose signs that matter to you, then revisit them. Some are measurable. Others are concrete changes you can describe. A powerful session is not the whole measure of progress.
AI-enhanced. Personally coached.
I already use AI in my coaching work, including Zoom transcripts and my ongoing collaboration with Angel. It gives me another way to organize material, examine a pattern, and prepare a useful question.
It does not make Angel you, or make Angel me. I bring my attention, experience and judgment. You bring the life, the choice, and the right to say, “That’s not what I meant.”
We’re developing a private client portal for reviewed session readouts, chosen goals and vows, check-ins, and progress across time. These connected features are planned, not included as a functioning portal today.
We agree on recording and AI use before bringing them into your work. A generated summary is a draft to check—not the final word on you.
The planned readout brings together the question we worked on, what you chose, what remains open, and the next action. It is reviewed before being shared. Your commitments stay in your words.
A short check-in can say what happened: done, partly done, changed, or still waiting. The aim is useful context for our next conversation, not another place to perform a perfect week.
Direction is where you want to go. Velocity includes the capacity and resources you can bring to the next move—not speed at any cost. Benchmarks tell us what changed. Your trajectory is the pattern we can see when we return over time.
Some commitments are practical. Some carry the weight of a vow. Neither should be rewritten by software or quietly converted into an obligation you did not choose.
The standard engagement
Journeys, intensives, and travel are separate arrangements with their own scope and full fee.
The engagement includes individual attention, candid questions, practical exercises or rehearsal, and a next move we can return to. The emphasis is shaped around what you are working on—not a fixed curriculum everyone must complete.
Short between-session text or voice check-ins can support course corrections. We agree on the actual channel, hours, and limits before starting. This is not unlimited access or emergency response.
Scheduling, cancellation, privacy, any recording, and the full service agreement are settled before you commit. You can ask about the fee without sharing your life story.
Other ways into the work
Before we begin
The focus is your clarity, patterns, choices, and capacity as the person leading. We can work on a live leadership challenge while respecting your domain expertise. This does not replace operational, legal, financial, or medical advice.
No. Neither is a prerequisite or a required stage. We agree on the focus and approaches that fit your goals.
Bring that too. We look at what happened, what the action required, and what got in the way. Responsibility matters; shame is not the method.
Begin with an inquiry about what you want to work on. We discuss fit and format, clarify the agreement, and choose the next step together. The contact page opens your email app. You choose what to send; no session is booked by clicking.
The next move
Tell me what you want to work on. We’ll discuss the fit, the format, and the full agreement before you decide.
