Group coaching / Shared practice
Some things become easier to see when you are not the only person in the room. Bring your question. Learn from what others are working on. Take something useful into your own week.
Similar tracks. A different experience.
Group coaching can include executive and personal work, trauma healing, health and fitness, muscle building, and weight loss. The specific focus and mix depend on the group. We choose the right setting for what you want to work on.
A question about training consistency may reveal something useful about expectations. A conversation about a boundary may help someone else find the words they have been missing. You can learn without every moment being about you.
Movement, training, food structure, recovery, and the routines that give your physical goals somewhere to live.
Awareness of your responses, the patterns you want to understand, and the pace at which deeper work feels useful.
Communication, boundaries, decisions, habits, and the real situations you want to meet differently.
The proposed session rhythm
A question, an attempt, something that worked, or something that didn’t. Messy weeks are information, not ammunition.
Direct coaching, shared discussion, and practical reflection. You may participate through your own question or by learning from someone else’s work.
A practice, a conversation, an adjustment to the week. We make the takeaway usable rather than leaving it as an interesting idea.
Notice what happened when you tried. Keep what helps and examine what gets in the way. Consistency does not require identical weeks.
The terms of a good room
You choose what you share. Vulnerability is not a performance requirement, and the group is not a place to diagnose each other or give unsolicited medical advice.
Before joining, we discuss participation agreements, privacy expectations, and the current format. A group requires care from everyone; it cannot offer the same privacy or individual attention as one-on-one work.
There should be room for warmth, directness, useful disagreement, and joy. We can take the work seriously without turning the room into another place to prove your worth.
AI-enhanced continuity / Planned group support
The next layer of group support is a useful recap of shared practices, with your own goals and check-ins kept separate. You should be able to return to what you chose without receiving another person’s private disclosures.
Recording and AI use require a clear group agreement; individual coaching notes are not shared group material. This support is being designed and is not a connected feature on this website.
The standard format
Ask about the current group for your focus, its schedule, and how participation works. A particular cohort, date, or place is not reserved through this website.
If your work needs sustained individual attention, privacy, or a pace that the shared setting cannot provide, one-on-one may be the better fit.

The current group structure and schedule are confirmed directly with Light. The tracks describe possible areas of work, not a promise that a separate cohort is currently open for each one.
Attention is shared. Ask about the actual participation format before joining; equal individual airtime in every call is not promised.
Recording, community access, and between-call support are confirmed in the actual group agreement. Ask what is included in the group you are considering.
