Health & fitness / Muscle building / Weight loss
Serious physical goals. Training and food structure that fit the person pursuing them. You can want to change your body without making it your enemy.

Start where you actually are
With your calendar. Your equipment. Your appetite, experience, recovery, and the weeks that do not cooperate.
We begin with what you want your body to do and how you want to feel in it. Then we look at the conditions around your training and food habits—not just the plan on paper.
The work can be your main coaching focus. You do not need an executive title, a crisis, or an interest in deeper emotional work to start here.
Choose your physical focus
Build a repeatable movement practice, develop strength and conditioning, and give recovery a place in the week. Start with your present capacity and the activities you want your body to support.
Give training a direction. Work on exercise structure, consistency, food habits, and recovery around a strength or physique goal. Review what your performance and actual week are telling us before adding complexity.
Pursue fat loss or recomposition through workable food and movement habits. Choose useful benchmarks and regular review. A number on the scale can be information; it does not describe the whole person or the whole result.
From intention to practice
Where does the plan stop working? An overcrowded day, an inconvenient training location, unclear food choices, or a target that only allows a perfect week?
Choose a minimum practice, an ordinary target, and room to do more. The floor is a way back into the work—not a verdict on your ambition.
Look at what you actually did, what felt workable, and what needs changing. Missed days are information. We use them to improve the plan, not turn the relationship into a report card.
AI-enhanced physical coaching / In development
We’re developing a way to bring your training and food check-ins into one working record: meals and macros when useful, sets, reps and load, recovery, and body-weight trends if you choose to track them. The point is a better conversation about what to keep or adjust—not more numbers for their own sake.
A meal estimate is still an estimate. A missed log is not a missed workout. Your goals, experience and relevant professional guidance shape what we track. The connected tracker is not live yet; it will not prescribe peptides, change medication, or award points for taking a substance or losing weight.
A named focus within physical coaching
Bring the questions, the products you are curious about, and the goal behind them. We can look at where supplements and peptide-related questions fit alongside your training, food, recovery, and priorities.
The aim is not the largest stack or the most complicated protocol. It is a clearer understanding of what you are trying to accomplish, what is known, and what still needs an answer.
We can organize your questions, distinguish evidence from marketing, prepare for a useful conversation with your qualified clinician, and support the nonmedical habits around your plan.
Education and coaching are distinct from diagnosis, prescribing, and medication management. Medical decisions stay with your qualified clinician. A product discussed in coaching is not automatically available through the Apothecary Store.
