Notice what is here.
We may slow down and notice sensation, emotion, an impulse, or the words you use for your experience. You do not have to produce an explanation or a dramatic moment.
Trauma healing / A distinct coaching track
Sometimes a response that helped you get through something keeps arriving long after the circumstances have changed. We can work with that history without making it your identity.
The work you choose
Knowing why something happens does not always change what happens next. You may understand the pattern and still feel yourself bracing, withdrawing, over-explaining, or reacting before you have chosen a response.
This is coaching-based personal work with the emotional and relational patterns you want to explore. We pay attention to your present experience, what feels workable, and how the work connects to the life you want to live.
Inside a session
We may slow down and notice sensation, emotion, an impulse, or the words you use for your experience. You do not have to produce an explanation or a dramatic moment.
Experiential questions and inner dialogue can help explore conflicting wants or protective responses. An interpretation is something to examine together—not a story I impose on your past.
A boundary, a request for support, a pause, or a different way of meeting a familiar situation. We look for a choice that belongs to you and can be practiced in ordinary life.
What felt different? What did not? What needs more time or a different kind of support? You can correct the interpretation, change the focus, or say not yet.
Depth with a real yes
You choose what to share. There is room for an honest no, a question, a pause, or a different approach. We do not measure the value of a session by how much you disclose or how intense it becomes.
Body awareness, reflective conversation, and parts-oriented work may have a place here. So may an ordinary, practical conversation about what to say when someone crosses a line. The depth should serve your life.
This is not a required stage of executive coaching or fitness work. Psychedelic work is a separate decision. None of these paths is a test of how committed you are.
Format & fit
This can be the focus of standard one-on-one coaching: weekly 55-minute sessions, $1,000/month, with a three-month minimum and $3,000 minimum commitment. We discuss the scope, pace, privacy, and support boundaries before starting.
Coaching is distinct from psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis care. We discuss whether the work fits your needs and whether other professional support belongs alongside it or is the better starting point.
Before we talk
No. A brief description of what you want to work on is enough to begin a conversation about fit. You do not need to put sensitive history into a website form.
No. We can use language that is useful and accurate for you. A label is not a condition of being taken seriously.
Yes, when that connection is useful to you. The focus is not only understanding the past. It is how you want to meet your life now.
The next move
Tell me what you want to work on. We’ll discuss the fit, the format, and the full agreement before you decide.
